answered

Everything worth knowing before the concert. Anything missing, send us a message and we will answer it.

What time should we arrive?

Doors at 2:30, concert at 3:00. Coming 20 to 30 minutes early gives you time to park, settle in, and find your row without rushing.

Where do we park?

On the Goucher campus, in the lots by the auditorium. Signs and staff will point you in.

How do I get my tickets?

They arrive by email right after you pay, as a PDF with a QR code for each seat. Print it or show it on your phone at the door.

I didn't get my ticket email.

Check spam first. If it's not there, use Find My Tickets on this site and we'll resend them.

Do children need their own ticket?

Yes, every person needs a seat, including babies and toddlers.

Can we sit together?

Yes, pick your exact seats on the map. Choose them in one order to guarantee they're side by side.

Is there assigned seating?

Yes, your seat number is on your ticket, and you choose it yourself on the map when you buy.

What about accessible seating?

Rows F and T have wheelchair spaces with companion seats beside them, bookable on the map like any other seat. Rows F through H keep the walk short. Send us a message below and we'll help you pick.

Is the auditorium accessible?

Yes, with step-free access and wheelchair spaces in rows F and T.

Can we change our seats after buying?

Yes, to seats of the same price or higher. Your confirmation email has a link to swap them yourself, as long as the seats you want are open.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, just forward them the ticket PDF. We scan the code, not the name.

Are refunds available?

Yes, until September 23, with a 10% processing fee held back. After September 23 all sales are final, since the costs are already committed by then.

What's the booking fee?

A small percentage that helps cover the booking system fees and maintenance, so ticket money goes to the programming, not the plumbing.

How long is the concert?

About two hours.

Where exactly is Kraushaar Auditorium?

On the Goucher College campus, 1021 Dulaney Valley Rd. The map is on the concert homepage.

What if it rains?

The concert is indoors and runs rain or shine.

What is the concert raising money for?

The Miriam's Library Scholarship Fund. Your support helps offset concert costs and supports Miriam's Library's launch and programming. The pilot program will be launched and announced at the concert.

Can I use maaser money for tickets?

The $36 base of the ticket covers the cost of the concert. Any ticket amount above that, maaser can be used.

Is my ticket tax deductible?

Tickets are not deductible. Donations to the Scholarship Fund are, and anything you add as a donation at checkout is receipted separately with the tax language.

Can my business get involved?

Yes, corporate sponsorships put your business in front of the whole community. See the corporate sponsorship page.

Can we volunteer?

We'd love that. Sign up here and we'll be in touch as the concert gets closer.

Can we buy tickets at the door?

Seats are selling quickly, and we doubt any will be left by then. Picking your seats online now is the safe move.
